3 ingredient HEALTHY apple pie cookies #gf #nutfree #dairyfree #sugarfree

So just had to share these cookies because they are so yummy and so easy to make… And did I mention that they are really healthy to boot?!?!

So I’ve been experimenting with bananas and no sugar sweets lately and this is my newest!  I saw a recipe for making oatmeal cookies and just had to try it with bananas instead!


Alright so you will need:
2 large very ripe bananas
1 packet instant,  sugar free organic apple cinnamon oatmeal
Dry cranberries

Set your oven to 350 degrees.

For my bananas,  I had them in the freezer because we use a bunch for our yonana machine.  So I grabbed 2 and let them completely defrost. 
Remove the skin and mash the bananas completely in a bowl,  using a fork. 
Once there are no chunks left,  add the packet of oatmeal.  Mix well.
Then mix in a small handful of cranberries.    If you use too many,  they will overwhelm the flavor and make the cookies crumble. 
Then grease a cookie sheet.
Place small dollops of the cookie mix evenly spaced onto the sheet.   These won’t spread out much so don’t worry about getting them close if you need to.
Then bake for about 15 minutes at 350 or until the bottoms begin to brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a cookie comes out clean.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately and place on cooling rack.
Try to enjoy them when they are warm for that warm apple pie yummyness!
