Fun wall Owl- $5

I saw a great owl made out of tin at hobby lobby but he was $40 and I just thought ‘I can make this!’.  I love how he came out. Here’s what you need:
2 Foam board
Box cutter
Hot glue gun
Mode podge
Various scrapbook paper sheets ( I used
Trace your shapes out in pencil using various items around the house.  Then cut it out using the box cutter.
Decide on your color scheme.  Then glue the paper on the respective parts.
Cut out some circles for eyes and don’t forget the pupil.
Once all the paper is glued,  layout the pieces on the owl and start gluing.  Once done,  place something heavy on the entire piece for an hour or two.
Then mode podge the entire owl.  Be careful not to let the colors run.  This will add extra support to the glue.
And you’re done!
